Terri serves as the Illinois Designated Managing Broker for America’s Land Partners, bringing a lifetime of experience and deep roots in West-Central Illinois. Raised on her family’s farm in Pike County, she developed a strong work ethic and a lasting respect for the land that continues to guide her today.
Since 1988, Terri and her husband, Dale, have owned and operated a row crop and Angus cattle farm, building a life centered on agriculture, family, and faith. In 1995, she founded Kiser Creek Whitetail, guiding hunters from across the country and creating lasting relationships through a shared passion for the outdoors.
Terri is dedicated to helping clients achieve their land ownership goals—whether for farming, recreation, or investment—while providing knowledgeable, trustworthy guidance. As a designated managing broker, she is also committed to leading by example, mentoring agents, and fostering a culture of professionalism, growth, and ethical excellence within her team.
Family remains at the heart of all she does. Terri and Dale are blessed with three children and six grandchildren, and she is committed to passing on her values of stewardship and respect for the land to future generations.
