Joey Daniels

Joey’s path to real estate was a natural progression built on a foundation of long-term property investment, including rental properties and timberland ownership. This hands-on experience led him into the real estate industry after spending several years working alongside a land appraiser.

Prior to his real estate career, Joey owned and operated an agricultural aviation company for 25 years. This background gave him an intimate, practical knowledge of agricultural properties and exceptional communication skills developed through years of working with the public.

Joey has held a commercial pilot’s license for more than 30 years and has a strong record of community involvement, including serving as President of the Mississippi Agricultural Aviation Association for six years and as a school board member for 10 years. He attended Valdosta State University and was born and raised in Cordele, Georgia, before moving to Mississippi 27 years ago.

Known for his inviting approach, Joey is effective without being overly aggressive. Clients benefit from his extensive knowledge and experience in residential and agricultural land transactions. For Joey, the greatest enjoyment in his career comes from meeting new people and helping guide them through property transactions.

He chose to join America’s Land Partners after a close friend recommended the company. He aligns strongly with its mission of providing clients and potential customers with fair and honest service.

Outside of work, Joey maintains an active lifestyle with hobbies including fishing, golf, diving, and fitness. He is a dedicated family man who has been married for 30 years and is the proud father of three children — two daughters and one son — as well as a grandson.
