Heather works with buyers and landowners across Oklahoma, specializing in farms, ranches, recreational land, hunting properties, rural acreage, and homes with land.
A lifelong resident of Crescent, Heather’s connection to rural Oklahoma extends well beyond real estate. Cattle, hunting, fishing, agriculture, and time spent outdoors are part of her everyday life. That first-hand experience shapes how she evaluates property and helps clients understand the details that matter, including access, fencing, water, wildlife habitat, land use, improvements, and long-term potential.
Before entering land real estate, Heather spent more than a decade helping operate Crow Creek Cafe in Crescent. The experience strengthened her ties to the community and built her reputation for straightforward communication, dependable service, and treating people well.
Heather brings a practical, personal approach to every property. She takes the time to understand how the land has been used, what makes it valuable, and what the next owner may see in it. Her goal is to represent Oklahoma land accurately and help clients make informed decisions based on the property itself, not simply the acreage on paper.
Heather lives near Crescent with her husband Nick and their two kids Kaylie and Coltyn. Away from work, she is most often around cattle, hunting, fishing, or spending time outdoors with her dogs, Maverick & Goose.
