Raised in the Mississippi Delta, Charlie Montgomery developed a passion for the land at an early age. After graduating from high school, he began farming a small portion of his family's property. Over the next 26 years, he expanded his operation from just 30 acres to more than 4,000 acres across three counties, gaining firsthand experience in farming, land stewardship, and agricultural operations.
In 2007, Charlie expanded his professional career into commercial real estate, founding his own brokerage and obtaining licenses in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Over the next 18 years, he and his company represented national developers in the acquisition of hundreds of commercial sites while also marketing and disposing of completed projects throughout the region.
As his commercial real estate business grew, many investment clients turned to Charlie to manage their properties after acquisition. Today, he continues to provide professional management services while drawing on decades of experience in agriculture, commercial real estate, and land ownership.
Charlie joined America's Land Partners to combine a lifetime of farming experience with nearly two decades of real estate expertise. As both a landowner and active farm operator, he understands land from the owner's perspective as well as the broker's. Whether assisting clients with buying, selling, investing, or managing agricultural, recreational, or commercial properties, Charlie is committed to building lasting relationships and helping landowners maximize the value of their investments through knowledgeable advice, strategic marketing, and professional service.
