A lifelong Mississippian, Charlie Montgomery has spent his career working the land and helping others maximize its value. Over 26 years, he grew his farming operation from 30 acres to more than 4,000 acres across three counties, gaining firsthand experience in agriculture, land stewardship, and rural property management.
In 2007, Charlie expanded into commercial real estate, founding his own brokerage and obtaining licenses in Mississippi, Arkansas, and Louisiana. Over the next 18 years, he represented national developers in the acquisition of hundreds of commercial sites and the disposition of completed projects throughout the region. As his commercial business grew, many investment clients relied on him to manage their properties, a service he continues to provide today.
Charlie joined America's Land Partners to combine a lifetime of farming experience with nearly two decades of real estate expertise. As both a landowner and active farm operator, he understands land from the owner's perspective as well as the broker's. Whether assisting clients with buying, selling, investing, or managing agricultural, recreational, or commercial properties, Charlie is committed to providing knowledgeable advice, strategic marketing, and exceptional service.
