Al Fair joined America’s Land Partners in 2025, bringing with him over 18 years of experience in the outdoor industry and a lifelong passion for land stewardship. His career spans management roles at premier hunting and outdoor retailers, nearly a decade as an outside sales representative for leading outdoor brands, and time as a finance manager at a major power sports dealership in central Oklahoma.
Al’s deep appreciation for nature and commitment to helping others achieve their land ownership dreams make him a natural fit for the team. He’s actively involved in the USA Archery Organization and proudly serves as a charter representative for American Heritage Girls.
Al and his wife Pam live in Oklahoma and are the proud parents of four children, Mackenzi, Wyatt, Baylee, and Cody. When he’s not working, Al enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, improving land and habitat to support thriving deer and turkey populations.
