Codi became part of America’s Land Partners in 2025, bringing with her more than ten years of real estate expertise and a strong foundation in finance. A proud graduate of Mississippi State University, she holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and combines her analytical skills with a deep understanding of property markets to serve her clients with care and precision.
Based in Kosciusko, Mississippi, Codi shares life with her husband, Caleb, their sons, and a lively crew of pets. Outside of work, she finds joy in family time and helping others discover land and homes that truly fit their lifestyle and goals.
