Tommy Funk is the Managing Director of America's Land Partners, Ag Pro Division. As a senior real asset executive with more than 40 years of experience acquiring, managing, and advising on land, agricultural, forestry, conservation, and real estate assets throughout the United States. Throughout his career, he has combined investment expertise, operational leadership, and practical land management experience to help landowners, families, businesses, and investors make informed decisions regarding their real asset holdings.
Over four decades, Tommy has led the acquisition, management, and strategic oversight of more than $1 billion in transactions encompassing over 250,000 acres nationwide. His experience spans acquisitions, underwriting, due diligence, valuation, portfolio strategy, asset management, operational oversight, and long-term planning across a broad range of land-based asset classes. A defining characteristic of Tommy’s career has been his ability to bridge the interests of landowners and capital providers while maintaining a focus on stewardship, long-term value creation, and practical execution. He has worked closely with families, multigenerational landowners, agricultural operators, corporations, and investment
groups to evaluate opportunities, navigate complex transactions, and develop strategies aligned with both financial and legacy objectives.
