All of that certain 48.871 acres as shown on that certain plat entitled "Nolan H. Combs", of record in the Ashe County Public Registry in Plat Book 8, at Page 892, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete description of the same.
There is also conveyed unto the Grantee, his heirs and/or assigns, that certain Grant of Easement of Right of Way as recorded in the Ashe County Public Registry in Book Y-4, Page 171, now existing as Frontier Drive and being an easement appurtenant to the property described herein.
