Paul Montjoy joined America’s Land Partners in 2025, bringing over 15 years of expertise in business development, transformational leadership, territory management, and competitive analysis. As a certified prescribed burn manager, with additional credentials in Landscape Contracting and Tree Surgery from the Mississippi Department of Agriculture & Commerce, Paul offers a rare blend of technical skill and strategic insight.

His deep understanding of real estate, sales, and wildlife habitat empowers clients to buy, sell, and enhance their land with confidence. Paul is an active member of several conservation and outdoor organizations, including The Wildlife Society, the American Fisheries Society, Delta Waterfowl, Ducks Unlimited, and the Bay-Waveland Yacht Club.

A proud alumnus of Mississippi State University, Paul holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Wildlife, Fisheries & Aquaculture and Landscape Architecture Construction. He and his wife, Nicole, reside in Pass Christian, Mississippi, and are proud parents to Eastman and Jackson, both students at Mississippi State. Outside of work, Paul enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hunting and fishing.
