Olivia Sanders serves as the Director of America’s 1031 Exchange division at America’s Land Partners. Prior to joining the team, Olivia focused on specializing in 1031 exchanges, training under some of the leading 1031 exchange attorneys since 2023. Her extensive experience in this field allows her to provide clients with expert guidance on tax-deferred real estate transactions.
Olivia earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration management from Winthrop University. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, and hitting the range. Olivia and her son call South Carolina home.
