Judy Allen

Judy Allen is a dedicated real estate professional with a diverse career background that brings experience, insight, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. She began her professional journey as a teacher and coach, later spending many years in advertising and internet marketing with BellSouth Yellow Pages. After taking early retirement in 2009, Judy transitioned into real estate, where she has since built a strong reputation selling both residential properties and land.

Based in Silver Spring, Maryland, Judy specializes in working with buyers and sellers interested in land, large-acreage homes, and residential development properties. She holds her Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation and is currently working toward becoming a certified luxury home agent.

Known as a self-starter with a warm and approachable style, Judy excels at connecting with clients, understanding their goals, and delivering thoughtful, effective solutions. Clients value her responsiveness, genuine care, and commitment to ensuring they find the right property or achieve the best possible sale.

Judy is passionate about the freedom and variety real estate provides, and she finds her greatest reward in seeing clients happy and confident at closing. Outside of work, Judy is a loyal Mississippi State fan and brings the same dedication and perseverance to her personal life that she does to her career. She is married to Jim Allen, is the proud mother of one daughter, and a devoted grandmother to two grandchildren.
