Jonathan Stevens joined America’s Land Partners in 2025, bringing over two decades of expertise in recreational land sales across central and northern Mississippi. A proud Mississippi native, Jonathan is known for his client-first approach and deep understanding of the region’s land market.
He holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from Mississippi State University and currently resides in Madison, MS. Outside of real estate, Jonathan manages his family’s 5,000-acre farm in Carroll County, where he’s hands-on with everything from tractor work and timber planning to food plot planting and road maintenance. He also leads the farm’s wildlife and deer management programs in collaboration with family members.
An avid outdoorsman, Jonathan enjoys hunting deer, duck, and turkey, as well as fishing, golfing, and staying active in sports. His passion for land, stewardship, and Mississippi’s natural beauty shines through in every aspect of his work.
