Howard Netterville brings deep-rooted land expertise to America's Land Partners, shaped by a lifetime in the hardwood timber industry near Woodville, Mississippi. His hands-on experience spans prescribed burning, food plot development, deer and turkey habitat management, and sustainable timber practices. Over the years, Howard has built a strong reputation for guiding clients through buying and selling of rural properties with confidence and care.
Outside of work, Howard enjoys hunting alongside his wife, Allison, and cheering on Ole Miss athletics. The couple reside on their farm near Pope, Mississippi, where their love for the land continues to grow.
