Dustin Weems opened the doors to America’s Land Partners - Texas in September 2025, bringing 18 years of experience in land sales. Before joining ALP-Texas, Dustin worked with Bonsal Real Estate and Weems Real Estate in Mabank, TX, where he built a strong reputation for his expertise in farm, ranch, and recreational properties, as well as ranch and wildlife management plans. Dustin earned his degree in rangeland ecology and ranch management from Texas A&M University, and he combines this technical knowledge with practical experience to help clients find properties that perfectly align with their goals.

Dustin and his family live on their ranch near Eustace, TX, where they embrace an outdoor lifestyle. Whether it’s ranching, hunting, or spending weekends with his wife, Amanda, and their two children, Maci and Hayden, at livestock shows or supporting the Texas A&M Aggies, Dustin’s life is deeply rooted in family and the land.
