With deep roots in agriculture and a passion for people, Colt Aldison brings a lifetime of farming experience to America’s Land Partners. Raised on a family farm spanning 8,000 acres of rice, beans, and corn, Colt understands land not just as property, but as purpose. His transition into land brokerage was a natural fit, blending his love for hard work with the satisfaction of helping others find the perfect tract. He sees parallels between farming and real estate: both require patience, grit, and faith. And both reflect the beauty of God’s design - each piece of land unique, yet familiar.
Colt describes himself as a simple man who values God, family, meaningful work, and the hobbies that keep him grounded. Outside of real estate, he serves as a part-time football and baseball coach at North Delta School in Batesville, MS, where he’s honored to mentor young athletes and be a positive influence in their lives. His journey from athlete to farmer to land agent, has been guided by faith, and he embraces each chapter as part of God’s greater plan.
Colt and his wife of over ten years, Jessica, are proud parents to two daughters, Sailor Joy and Finley James. He grew up in Sledge, Mississippi, where his love for sports and hunting began, and continues to this day. Whether he’s closing a deal or coaching a game, Colt finds joy in seeing others light up with achievement. That’s what drives him, and what makes him a valued part of the ALP team.
