Hi, I’m Colby Grady, a dedicated land realtor who’s passionate about helping people find the perfect property to fit their vision and lifestyle. I proudly serve clients across the entire state of Texas, working with all types of land—from ranches and recreational tracts to rural homesites. I also assist people with building barndominium homes, guiding them through the process from selecting the right land to creating their dream space. My approach is built on honesty, hard work, and a genuine love for the land and the people who make their lives on it.
Outside of work, I’m a proud dad of two amazing daughters—one in college and both active in rodeo. Watching them chase their goals reminds me daily of the importance of perseverance and passion. When I’m not helping clients, you can usually find me outdoors or at a local rodeo supporting my girls. I’m here to make buying, selling, or building on land a straightforward and rewarding experience for every client I work with.
