His love for the outdoors began early—walking the woods alongside his father, and has since grown into a lifelong commitment to stewarding recreational properties.
Chase has managed more than 17,000 acres for organizations including Tara Wildlife, Henderson Island Hunting Club, Cooper T. Smith, and Premier Chemical. His work has helped hunters harvest numerous trophy bucks, including many scoring over 170" with a bow. Known for his keen eye and strategic mindset, Chase excels at identifying a property’s potential and connecting clients with the right land or buyer.
