Alan Brockington

Alan is a lifelong South Carolina resident with a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a passion for working with land. A graduate of Clemson University with a B.S. in Forest Resource Management, he brings more than 20 years of experience in the timber industry and extensive knowledge of South Carolina’s forests, timber resources, and rural properties.

For the past 13 years, Alan has combined his forestry expertise with his passion for real estate, helping clients buy and sell land throughout South Carolina. His background in timber and forest management gives him a unique perspective when evaluating a property’s value, potential, and characteristics, allowing him to provide knowledgeable guidance throughout each transaction.

From helping buyers find the right piece of land to assisting landowners in positioning their property for a successful sale, Alan is committed to providing honest advice, personalized service, and experienced representation.

Outside of work, Alan enjoys hunting, following Clemson sports, and spending time with his family. For Alan, land is more than real estate. It is a lifelong passion shaped by decades of living, working, and enjoying the outdoors in South Carolina.
