Wyatt Jackson

For Wyatt Jackson, land has never simply been something to buy or sell. It’s a way of life.

Raised on a farm in west-central Missouri, Wyatt grew up surrounded by cattle, agriculture, hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. Some of his earliest memories include working around the family farm and riding on his dad’s shoulders through the marsh. Those experiences gave him an appreciation for the land that has followed him throughout every stage of his life.

Today, Wyatt continues that lifestyle on his own small farm in Bates County, Missouri, where he raises cattle and custom bales hay. He and his wife are raising their three children with many of the same traditions he grew up with—working hard, spending time outdoors, hunting, fishing, and understanding the value of taking care of what you have.

Wyatt earned his degree in Wildlife Conservation Biology from Missouri Western State University, turning his lifelong passion for wildlife and the outdoors into a career. He went on to spend 12 years managing a private deer ranch, where he gained extensive experience in habitat restoration, food plots, wildlife and herd management, and improving properties for both wildlife and landowners. His work contributed to developing outstanding deer and turkey habitat and gave him a unique perspective on recognizing a property’s potential.

That combination of farmer, outdoorsman, wildlife professional, and land specialist allows Wyatt to look at property differently. He understands productive farm ground because he works it. He understands hunting and recreational property because he manages and enjoys it himself. Most importantly, he understands that behind every piece of land is a reason someone owns it—and a reason someone else is searching for it.

As a Land Specialist with Americas Land Partners, Wyatt believes his job is to understand that reason.
